PokerStars is DA BEST !!

Hát ez elképesztő! Nem az összeg a lényeg, de ilyet én még nem pipáltam !
Az történt ugyanis hogy indultam azon a rebuyos magyar verseny okosságon, ahol 1$ volt a rebuy 10$ nevezés mellett :) és az egyik összecsapás alkalmával bepipáltam a sitout gombot is meg az autorebuy gombot is hogy kiugorjak a fürdőszobába (a nagy izgalmak ugye :D) mondom ha veszítek, majd autorebuyol és addig sem tartom fel a játékot. Igen ám, de a software kivágott mint macskát szarni, merhogy sitouton voltam és nem autorebuyolt, inkább kiestem a versenyről. Írtam septibe a supportnak hogy mi a fasz van, nem azért mert hűde sokat költöttem, hanem hogy egyáltalán mi történt. Na és akkor ezt a választ írták, szó szerint bevágom ide:

would like to apologize for the delayed response. Due to last weeks update
our Technical Team is delayed in their response time.

Unfortunately in Tournament #100044439 you clicked on "Sit Out Next Hand"
prior to the completion of the hand. This is what caused you to be
eliminated from the event.

Upon the completion of a hand our system determines first if a player is
connected to the games and sitting in their seat prior to offering a rebuy.
Therefore if you are disconnected or away from your seat you will not be
offered the chance to rebuy. Even if you have selected to auto-rebuy you
must be connected and sitting in your seat to rebuy.

It appears you may have not been aware of this policy for rebuy events and
explains why you were confused when you were eliminated. Since this was
likely a misunderstanding on your part we have decided to provide a refund
for the amount invested in this event. Your account has been credited $23.00.

As your original buy-in was awarded in the prize pool and was not
taken back from the winner, you may consider this a gift from your
friends at PokerStars.

I hope this helps to explain exactly what happened in this event and you
now understand the policy for rebuy events. In the future please be sure
you are sitting in the seat until the completion of the hand and your rebuy

Na ezanemsemmi! Köpni-nyelni nem tudtam :) Más terem (nem akarok ujjal mutogatni de a Sportingbetről van szó) annak a versenynek a nevezési díját nem adná vissza amiről kivágja az embert a software, mert szar, nem pedig ilyen miatt, nemhogy így hogy a teljes összeget kárpótolja...
Asszem megvan hol fogok végleg letelepedni. Itt megy is, nyerek is, a progi is qrvajó, a support pláne.
Kár hogy Viki nincs a Starssal valami jó kis affiliate kapcsolatban :(
